2. Overview
We take the protection of your personal data seriously and process it only in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and this policy. This website is aimed at business customers (B2B) in the field of CNC contract manufacturing.
3. Hosting and server log files

When you visit the site, the server automatically records information in log files: truncated IP address, date and time, page requested, referrer URL, browser type and operating system. 4. Quote request form
When you contact us via the quote form we process the data you enter (name, company, e-mail address, phone number, message and any uploaded technical drawings/files such as STEP, DXF or PDF) in order to handle your enquiry and prepare a quotation. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
The form is transmitted via FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which forwards the data to our e-mail address. This may involve a transfer to third countries (including the USA) based on Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR). Uploaded files and enquiry data are deleted once they are no longer required, unless statutory retention periods apply (generally 10 years for concluded contracts under commercial and tax law).
5. Contact by e-mail, phone or WhatsApp
If you contact us by e-mail or phone, we process your details to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). If you use the WhatsApp button, communication is handled by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. / Meta Platforms and WhatsApp's privacy policy applies. This channel is used solely on your initiative.

10. Recipients and international transfers
Recipients of your data are only the service providers named in this policy (hosting, FormSubmit, Google) and, where a contract is concluded, our accountants, logistics and payment providers. As our company is based in Türkiye, your enquiry data is processed in Türkiye, which has its own data protection law (KVKK No. 6698). The transfer is based on Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR (necessary for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps taken at your request).
11. Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the respective purpose or as required by statutory retention periods. Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are deleted no later than 12 months after receipt.
