A seamless path from prototype to series
The biggest advantage of machining the prototype on the machines that will later run the series is that there are no surprises at ramp-up. During prototyping we identify clamping, tooling and tolerance challenges and return our DFM (design for manufacturability) notes with the drawing – so the cost of the series part is optimised in the very first round.
- Fast CAM and flexible scheduling for single parts
- Real materials for functional testing (not 3D printing)
- Reverse engineering: measurement and drawing from a sample
- Work under NDA on request
Who is it for?
R&D departments, machine design offices, start-ups and purchasing teams who want to hold the part before committing to series. Prototypes reach customers anywhere in Europe by express courier within 2–3 days.
