What we offer in series production
In series work the challenge is not the first part but producing the ten-thousandth part to the same dimensions. For each part number we build dedicated fixtures, a tool list and a control plan; tool wear is tracked with in-process measurements and drift is corrected before limits are reached. Under annual framework agreements we ship on call-off and hold safety stock for critical parts.

Why produce series parts in Turkey
30–50 % lower machining cost than a workshop in Germany or the UK, far shorter logistics than the Far East, and duty-free access to the EU under the Customs Union (A.TR certificate). A team working in your time zone and communicating in English and German – and a facility you can reach by plane in three hours if something needs attention.
