1. Request for quotation
Send us your drawing (STEP, IGES, DXF, PDF) together with quantity, material and target date. If you have no drawing, a physical sample works too. Our engineers review manufacturability, come back with tolerance or material suggestions where useful, and normally issue a written quotation with price and lead time within the same working day.
2. Order and first article approval
With your order confirmation material procurement and CAM programming begin. For series jobs the first article is measured and submitted for your approval together with the inspection report; series machining starts after approval. For new customers the first order is usually placed against a proforma invoice with advance payment.
3. Production and quality control
Throughout production critical dimensions are measured according to the control plan. The documents you require are prepared for delivery: inspection report, EN 10204 3.1 material certificate, declaration of conformity and, where applicable, heat treatment or coating certificates.
4. Packing and shipping
Parts are oiled/packed against corrosion and palletised. Our standard terms are EXW or FCA Istanbul; on request we organise DAP delivery to your address with our contracted carriers. Road freight to Germany, the Netherlands and Austria takes 3–5 days; small or urgent shipments go by express courier in 2–3 days.
5. Customs and documents
Thanks to the Turkey–EU Customs Union, industrial goods enter the EU duty-free with an A.TR movement certificate; only your country's import VAT applies. For the UK, the Turkey–UK free trade agreement provides preferential tariffs on the basis of an origin declaration. We prepare the invoice, packing list, A.TR/origin document and material certificates.
